Our training program is practical and varied. Trainees gain insight into various areas of the clinic, thereby developing a holistic understanding of processes and teamwork. These experiences foster a sense of responsibility and demonstrate how important every single role is to the well-being of our patients. As their training progresses, our trainees take on more responsibility. They gradually work more independently, deepen their professional skills, and gain confidence in interacting with patients.
