Berit Klinik AG Becomes the New Medical Partner of the Eastern Switzerland Ski Association

Berit Klinik AG and the Eastern Switzerland Ski Association (OSSV) have entered into an exciting partnership for the next three seasons. Starting with the 2026/27 season, Berit Klinik AG will support the OSSV as its official medical partner and provide comprehensive medical care.

The OSSV, one of twelve regional associations of the Swiss Ski Association (Swiss Ski), encompasses the disciplines of alpine skiing, cross-country skiing & biathlon, and ski jumping & Nordic combined. With this new partnership, Berit Klinik AG assumes the role of central medical contact for the entire association and its elite athletes. The contract is valid from September 1, 2026, through August 31, 2029, and grants Berit Klinik AG industry exclusivity as a medical partner.

Dr. Hanspeter Betschart, Chief Medical Officer of the Berit Sportclinic and Chief Medical Officer of Swiss Olympic, will serve as the primary medical contact. Together with his experienced team, he ensures comprehensive medical care for athletes—from acute care through rehabilitation. A particular focus is placed on the prevention of injuries and health issues. Necessary surgical procedures are performed at the Berit Klinik.
