We are delighted that Anna Rohner has redeemed her voucher for performance diagnostics at the Berit SportClinic in Speicher! In a personal session with Fabian Moser, Head of Performance Diagnostics, Anna completed various tests, including a jump test, an InBody measurement, and a lactate threshold test. She also completed a comprehensive questionnaire to enable her athletic performance to be assessed and analyzed even more precisely. The results of the tests were then discussed together to identify individual strengths and areas for improvement. Finally, there was a guided Black Roll training session, which contributes to regeneration and improved mobility.
