Dr. med. Dr. sc. med. Roman Gähwiler was Chief Medical Officer at the European Youth Olympic Games in Georgia, which took place from February 9 to 16, 2025. The competitions were held in Bakuriani, Batumi, and Tbilisi.In collaboration with Swiss Olympic and the national associations, 73 talented athletes were selected in eight sports. They are returning home with 11 medals and unforgettable experiences. A big thank you to Roman for his great commitment and dedication to Swiss sport! We are proud to have him on our team.
