Abschlussfeier in Arbon

Last Friday, Peder Koch had the honor of giving the keynote speech at the BZGS, the Competence Center for Health, Social, and Home Economics Professions, for the graduates in the fields of Certified Nurse HF, Certified Surgical Technician HF, and Certified Biomedical Analyst HF. Biomedical Analyst HF "In healthcare, you're not working in a factory where cars are assembled, but you're dealing with people who need help every day." He thanked all the graduates for the time they had invested in their training and for making a significant contribution to healthcare. He pointed out that with this step, they are taking on an important responsibility. At the same time, they will come into contact with people and their different stories, which will sometimes demand a lot from them. He emphasized that these professions require not only professionalism, expertise, and resilience, but also a great deal of empathy. After all, working in healthcare is not like working in a factory where cars are assembled; instead, you deal with people who need help on a daily basis. This makes it all the more valuable to have such enthusiastic and energetic personalities in the workplace, because they make a difference to patients. He congratulated all the graduates on their successful completion of their studies and wished them all the best.
