Jan Rohner: A Strong Team for Strong Teamwork

In the Berit Klinik’s anniversary magazine, Jan Rohner, who has been working as a physical therapist since 2021, talks about his passion for his work and the special team spirit at the clinic.

“The combination of expertise, technology, and humanity is what makes our work here unique,” explains Rohner, who completed his pre-clinical internship at the clinic back in 2017. His day begins at 7:30 a.m. with a team planning meeting, followed by caring for rehabilitation patients and outpatients.

Jan emphasizes how enriching direct contact with patients is. “Everyone brings their own story, and it fulfills me to see progress and help people regain their mobility.” He particularly values the harmonious work environment and the close collaboration with doctors and nursing staff.

The clinic’s impressive growth—from a single location in Niederteufen to a group with seven locations—is particularly evident at the big Berit Festival. Rohner emphasizes: “Technological advances make our work easier, but humanity remains central. It’s wonderful when patients stop by after rehab just to say hello.”

Looking ahead, Rohner hopes that the Berit Klinik will continue to uphold its values—humanity, innovation, and a passion for patient well-being.
