Opening of Berit Sportslab

On August 15, the Berit Klinik Group opened its new performance center, Berit Sportslab, at Heiligkreuzstrasse 28A in St. Gallen. With over 100 guests, including NHL ice hockey star Timo Meier, we are setting new standards in the training culture of Eastern Switzerland.

The numerous guests were enthusiastic about the state-of-the-art equipment and numerous options that benefit both professionals and amateur athletes. Among other things, speed-based strength training, specific speed programs, four artificial turf sprint tracks, and a variety of recovery strategies are used. Berit Sportslab is managed by Sebastian Boxleitner.
