Testing days for the players of LC Brühl Handball at the Berit SportClinic

In recent days, it was that time again: the players of LC Brühl Handball successfully completed their semi-annual performance tests at the Berit SportClinic. In addition to jump power measurements, isokinetic tests were also carried out as part of these tests. These enable us to accurately evaluate the players' explosive power and overall strength levels. The tests are an integral part of our regular screening battery, which allows us to support each athlete individually. The strength and weakness profiles derived from these tests enable us to ensure optimal injury prevention.
