The Berit Clinic in Wattwil is setting another milestone in regional healthcare and is specifically developing the radiology department of its emergency center. Starting in December, the range of services will be expanded to include magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), which will be available in addition to conventional X-rays and computed tomography (CT). The MRI machine, which uses artificial intelligence, reduces the duration of the examination and thus significantly increases patient comfort. At the same time, the latest technology ensures excellent image quality, which forms the basis for high-quality findings. The MRI will be available from December 3, 2024, and appointments for MRI examinations can be made immediately by calling 071 987 32 11. Medically prescribed examinations are covered by health insurance.
