Update from the Berit Sportclinic

Matthias Graf from the Berit Sportclinic is the athletic coach for Nadja Fässler, a dedicated and successful trail runner from Appenzell. Nadja has been training with Matthias since November 2025 and is working towards her goals for a top season in 2026.

Last week, a detailed performance test was carried out to see whether Nadja is on track and where there is still potential for improvement. Both enjoy working together, and it gives Nadja the confidence and assurance that she is training in the right area and at the right intensity to achieve her goals.
