Terms and conditions of participation in competitions
Terms and conditions for competitions run by Berit Klinik AG
These terms and conditions apply to all competitions run by Berit Klinik AG, Vögelinsegg 5, 9042 Speicher.
Organizer
The organizer of the competition is Berit Klinik AG. The competition is not affiliated with Facebook or Instagram and is in no way sponsored, supported, or organized by them.
Participation
Participation is free of charge and independent of any use of Berit Klinik AG services.
All natural persons residing in Switzerland or the Principality of Liechtenstein who are at least 18 years of age at the time of participation are eligible to participate. Minors require the consent of their legal representatives.
The following are excluded from participation:
- Employees of Berit Klinik AG (unless expressly permitted for internal competitions),
- Competition clubs,
- Automated services
- Commercial or professional participants.
Participation period and procedure
The exact participation period, the terms and conditions of participation, and the prizes to be won will be announced in the respective social media post. Participation is only possible within the specified period.
Content and contributions
Participants agree not to publish any content (e.g., comments, images, or videos) that:
- against the guidelines of the respective social media channel,
- Subject to applicable Swiss law
- violate the copyright or personal rights of third parties.
In the event of a violation of these rules, the relevant posts will be removed without notice and the person concerned will be excluded from the competition. Berit Klinik AG accepts no liability for third-party content.
Rights of use
By participating in the competition, participants grant Berit Klinik AG the right to use and publish submitted content free of charge, without restriction in terms of time, location, or subject matter, on its own channels (e.g., on its website or on social media).
Determination and notification of winners
The winners will be determined by Berit Klinik AG after the competition has ended and will be contacted via private message on Instagram or Facebook. In order to receive the prize, the contact details must be submitted within 72 hours. If no response is received within this period, a new prize will be awarded.
The user names of the winners may be publicly disclosed by Berit Klinik AG.
Prizes
Cash payment or exchange of prizes is excluded. The prize is non-transferable. Legal recourse is excluded.
Data protection
Personal data will be used exclusively for the purpose of conducting the competition and will not be passed on to third parties, unless this is necessary for the processing of the prize. Further information can be found in the privacy policy of Berit Klinik AG.
Exclusion for manipulation
Berit Klinik AG reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition at any time and without prior notice in the event of attempts at manipulation or violations of these terms and conditions.
